How to Run Form Builder from OracleAS 10.1.2 with Oracle Applications Release 12 on Linux

Launch the Forms Builders from OracleAS 10.1.2 with Oracle Applications Release 12 on Linux


1. set the DISPLAY and run xhost+ from the root user

2. Source the environment file

Open Terminal Window

Switch to applmgr user and source the environment file.

3. Change NLS_LANG

Change NLS_LANG AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1

4. Launch form Builder from Oracle home/bin

Change directory to ORACLE_HOME/bin and launch the form builder

5. Form Builder 10g
